Majorca by Plane

Son Sant Joan Airport is the international airport of Majorca, located in Palma de Mallorca, about 8 km. from Palma. Holidaymakers may find many direct and connecting flights, scheduled and charter linking Palma with many main European destinations.

There are daily scheduled domestic flights to Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Alicante as well as to other cities of Spain. There are buses operate from Son Sant Joan Airport to the Palma city centre, Plaza de España in every 15 minutes and from Palma, travellers may find buses for the other resorts and towns of Majorca. There is also a permanent taxi rank and a number of car-rental agencies at the airport.

Majorca by Sea

The Trasmediterranea Ferry Line makes daily roundtrips between Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona, Valencia, Ibiza and Menorca. The ships are comfortable and equipped with cabins, armchair-style seating and a bar and restaurant service.

The Balearia Line operates between the Palma de Mallorca-Ibiza-Denia (Alicante) routes. The vessels are car ferries.
