Sa Coma, is a beautiful resort situated on the eastern coast of Majorca, in the Municipality of Sant Llorenc de Cardassar, about 70 km. from the capital Palma de Mallorca and 65 km. from Palma de Mallorca Airport.

This lovely beach resort has a great location together with the other popular nearby resorts Cala Millor and Cala Bona on the north, and Porto Cristo on the south. The resort welcomes thousands of tourist every year with its fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.

Sa Coma has all the necessary tourist services. There are variety of nice hotels and apartments to choose from. There also nice restaurants, bars, shops and leisure activities at the beach promenade of the resort.

Things to Do & See

Holidaymakers may walk along the Sa Coma town centre and enjoy the lively atmosphere and Mallorcan countryside. Cala Millor, Cala Bona and Porto Cristo are the nearby places to visit and see. Top things to do and see include;

As for shopping, there is a big chain hypermarket (Eroski) in Sa Coma, a Wednesday market during summer season and in addition every Friday morning there is a big street market held in the nearby town Son Servera (6 km.).


As for nightlife, holidaymakers may find variety of nice bars and clubs in Sa Coma and enjoy the resort’s lively entertainment and night activities.

There is a riding school and stables near to the Sa Coma beach that holidaymakers may take horse riding lessons or treks into the Punt de n’Amer.

Hams Caves (Coves del Hams) are popular for their peculiar tree-shaped formations (hook chamber). There are also small Prehistoric crustaceans in the interior lake.
